Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. Order Cancellations
Timelines:
- Orders (Cash on Delivery) can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
- After 24 hours, we begin processing, and cancellation requests will not be accepted.
Prepaid Orders:
If you cancel within 24 hours:
- Choose between a credit note (valid for 90 days) or
- Exchange with another product of equal or higher value (price difference to be paid).

2. Mirayaz-Initiated Cancellations
We may cancel your order in rare cases due to:
- Unavailability of material,
- Incorrect product listing, or
- Payment verification failure.
In such cases:
- A full refund will be issued for prepaid orders to the original payment method.
- The refund will be processed within 48 hours of cancellation confirmation. (All transactions are legally handled by Surdhan Creations)
- You’ll be notified via email or WhatsApp.
3. Return & Refund Policy
To maintain hygiene and exclusivity of our products:
- No returns or refunds are allowed once the product is delivered and accepted.
- We do not provide cash refunds under any circumstances.
4. Credit Notes
Issued in case of cancellation and exchange
- Valid for 90 days from the date of issue.
- A full credit note will be issued. Please note that shipping charges based on garment weight will be applicable and must be paid in advance to schedule the pickup.
