Return and Exchange Policy
At Mirayaz, we are committed to providing you with high-quality, stylish clothing that you will love. We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange an item, and we want to make this process as smooth and hassle-free as possible. We aim to ensure your shopping experience is as seamless as possible. Please take a moment to review our return and exchange policy.
We request you ask us as many questions as you wish before you place an order with us so that you have a clear idea of what you will be getting after ordering. We are just a message away.
Returns-
It's extremely unlikely for you to receive damaged, defective, or incorrect products as our team carefully double-checked all the outfits and details before dispatching them. However, in rare scenarios, if you face any such issue we are here to help you for the same.
If we have sent you a defective, damaged, or wrong product you are requested to make an order opening video for verification purposes and take product images within 2 days once you receive the order and send it to us on our Instagram dm, WhatsApp, or our email mentioned on our Contact Us page.
Once your return request is received our team will check and verify all the details and will get in touch with you within 2 days. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your request. If it is approved, we will arrange the pickup and dispatch a replacement of the same product or we will provide you a credit voucher of the same amount which will be valid for the next 30 days.
When the exchange is not accepted-
- Not accepted if you see the colour difference as 10-15% might be there due to different screen resolutions, lights, and editing.
- Not accepted if you don't like the material or colour of the product. We try to send the product in the best quality possible and we have mentioned everything in the description so please do read it before placing the order.
- Not accepted if you suddenly change your mind without any valid reason after placing the order.
Exchange due to size issues-
Please refer to our size chart mentioned on each product page before confirming the order. In case you are not sure we would love to assist you just drop us a message on our Instagram DM or WhatsApp app us we will guide you to choose the perfect size for you.
We can exchange products within 2 days of delivery. The product should be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Additionally, you will need to pay Rs. 500/- extra for that to cover logistics expenses incurred with reverse pick-up and re-dispatch of your order.
Procedure for exchange- Once we receive the payment of Rs. 500/- in our bank account we can proceed further. You are requested to share the payment screenshot either on our Instagram dm or WhatsApp number. After that, you can share your exchange size details with us and then we can assist you further. Meanwhile please keep the package ready.
Firstly, we will arrange the pickup within 7 days, and once we receive it back we will send the exchange size product in the next 7 days and also will share the tracking with you.
Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
