**Domestic & International Shipping**
* **Charges**
* **Domestic:** Free shipping across India on all orders, whether prepaid or COD.
* **International:** Shipping fees apply and are calculated per kilogram. You’ll see the total shipping cost at checkout based on your order's weight.
* **Taxes & Duties**
* International orders may have additional import duties, customs charges, and taxes that vary by country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility, so we recommend checking your country’s tax policies before placing an order. Unfortunately, we can’t offer returns or cancellations on international shipments.
* If customs charges aren’t paid or an order is not accepted, we can’t process returns, exchanges, or refunds.
* **Timelines**
* Since our outfits are handcrafted, please allow 15-20 business days for dispatch, whether within India or internationally.
* During peak seasons, festivals, or unexpected circumstances (like political unrest or public curfews), dispatch may take a few extra days. We’ll keep you updated by email or phone if there are delays.
* **Process**
* Once you place your order, it goes through our processing system, passes quality checks, and is securely packed before being handed to our delivery partners. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships, which you can use to check the status on our courier partner’s site.
* We ship to 220+ destinations worldwide! You can check if we ship to your location at checkout.

In such cases, Mirayaz Jaipur Private Limited is committed to providing a full refund for the order. However, we cannot be held legally responsible for shipment delays.
